Reading Goals

Each Rosemont student, upon the completion of Grade 5, will be able to achieve the following:

1. Identify the purpose for using variety of print and non-print materials.
2. Apply a word recognition system to pronunciation and comprehension.
3. Comprehend what is read at least a fifth grade level.
4. Follow directions, complete forms and locate and use references in order to function in society and to attain maximum personal development.
